IHG Free Nights: Make sure you know the cancellation policy
I almost had a heart attack! I had to cancel the Intercontinental Rome which I booked with my two free nights from the "Into the Nights" promotion. What I didn't realise is that these certificates have different terms and conditions then the hotel's cancellation policy.
