Waldorf Astoria Dubai: The best Suite I ever stayed in

I realised I never posted photos of the suite we were given during our stay in Waldorf Astoria Dubai. Seriously this classes as the best suite ever. It was bigger than our apartment too! And I could totally move into the bathroom; so gorgeous.

This stay was on our way back from Umrah, so it was a perfect Eid stay.

The suite itself is nicely decorated and very very spacious!

Every time I am in Dubai and I want to be relaxing by the beach, the Waldorf Astoria Dubai on the Palm is my place. It also helps that I can redeem some points for the stay rather than pay the price tag of £250+ per night. Now is my mission to take my mum there so she can enjoy it too.

The property is gorgeous, the staff are friendly and the food is yummy; though on our last visit, they could have been better especially reception.

Contrast to what people prefer, apparently the palm view side is considered an upgrade, I personally prefer the other side with a view of the Burj Al Arab.

If you are looking for a property away from it all with a nice clean beach then definitely consider the Palm area. It is further away from Dubai’s attractions but for me, that is a plus. About £10 on an Uber and 20minutes later you can be in Dubai mall or the JBR walk.

I paid for this hotel on points and cash so it was not a bad deal at all. Unfortunately, Hilton Gold members which I was at the time don’t receive breakfast or lounge and even when I asked to upgrade they denied the request! Which was a little bit of  a spoiler. Now that I am Diamond I will surely be paying a visit again. 😉

p.s. If you are looking for equally beautiful property but you don’t mind not being in Dubai for your holiday then check out the Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah. Same design and standard just a little cheaper so you don’t have to break the bank too much. It is also cheaper if you use your points too!

This trip would have been equally as good or better using dream trips – world ventures. Having a time share you have to pay money down is no different the paying an initial fee for world ventures with no maintenance fees. Only big difference is it gives you an opportunity to make money which you don’t have to do.
