With summer in full swing and wedding season too this is the perfect opportunity to find Muslim friendly resorts for a perfect holiday.
These resorts and hotels offer the best most luxurious surroundings perfect for your first special holiday or honeymoon. But you know, even if you have been married for years there is always an excuse to use for visiting one of these.
Some come with private pools others with stunning views, but one thing is for sure. These places are simply to die for. 🙂
Before you get disheartened that you can’t afford them, my best advice for anyone looking to go is look for off-season opportunities. They can be 1/5 of the price and it will still be amazing.
There is no need to go during peak season and pay much more than going just before the end of the season or in the start. This way they automatically become more affordable.
Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort by Anantara – UAE
Qasr Al Sarab desert resort is on my must visti list at least for a night! Luxury, comfort, pool, relaxation all combined in one in this beautiful desert resort. It is located in the Rub’Al Khali sand desert so you can imagine the breathtaking views.

Kapari Natural Resort – Santorini
Kapari Natural resort in the village of Imerovigli could offer you not only extraordinary views, but relaxation and fun like no other. During the summer a room in the hotel costs £600 but off-peak it can be as little as £200. This is a big saving in my books!

Jumeirah Vittaveli – Maldives
Whether you are there for a honeymoon or a family vacation Jumeirah Vittaveli offers diversity, luxury and a lot of fun activities!
It is one of the priciest options on the list but also going off-peak during the Maldivian monsoon season (May to October) you can find some great offers and discounts.
The resort offers private villas and halal food options as well, making it the best escape for that first leg of your Halal friendly honeymoon. 🙂

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray – UAE
Undoubtedly Dubai is one of the most popular destinations for Muslim travellers. With so many 5 star hotels in the city, it is hard to pick one.
My best choice will be the 5-star resort Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, it also offers many facilities, spa treatments, and stunning views. Located in the Palm Dubai it is one of the most prestigious destinations in Dubai.
The hotel also offers free access to Wild Wadi park for its guests so if you are going with family or you are looking for some water fun this can be a great option. Prices are cheaper during the hotter season so that water park access sounds even more appealing now. 😉

The Oberoi – Mauritious
We don’t hear a lot about Mauritious but it is an amazing island and totally on my list to visit. A beautiful 5-star hotel the Oberoi Mauritious is in the centre of Pointe Aux Piments. It is ideal for family holidays, as it offers child care, but also as a pool, so you can enjoy a day under the sun.

The Banana Resort -Qatar
I can’t believe I have been in Doha 6 months and still haven’t visited. I am planning a trip very shortly as I have heard great reviews from locals and expats of the Banana Island Resort in Doha.
You have to take a small ferry to the private island but it feels like you are somewhere totally exotic. You can even have a private pool villa, plus of course halal food and fun activities.
Also you can always pop back to shore and explore some of the great things Doha has to offer.
