My review of Virgin Atlantic premium economy 787 from Dubai to London. I have been in Upper class before but this was my first time on Virgin PE.
The Seat: I had the front raw seat, which had a lot of space. It is an old seat with no footrest but decent for 7 hours.
Amenity: Upon boarding you receive a drink and an amenity kit from recycled material. It had eye mask, earplugs, toothbrush and pen.
The Food: The Food was decent, the afternoon tea selection before landing was nice and warm. I would give it 7/10 for overall option.
Customer Service: This was not as good as other airlines. I felt they wanted to go home and service for basic things was lacking. My seat didn't work and took them nearly 3 hours to come by.
I booked with points. Although I would have liked better customer service experience. Premium economy offers more comforrt for solo parents.
