I have flown several times before with British Airways Premium Economy or as it is called World Traveller Plus. The experience has most of the time being positive.
The Seat: Offers extra space and more amenities with 18.5″ seat width and 38″ legroom. It is definitely not a business class but better recline than economy.
The Seat: I felt that there was plenty of space to stretch and I love the foot rest option as well which is adjustable.
Amenity: You receive a welcome drink upon boarding as well as hot towel and of course you have a welcome kit. The welcome amenity has basic but still helps to freshen up.
The Food: I do enjoy the food on British Airways flights and this Premium Economy flight was no different. You receive a menu with several choices.
The Food: Although I enjoy the food I find that sometimes their breakfast option before landing is hit and miss. In this case it was a miss since t his bruschetta has seen better days.
Customer Service: Customer service is good and you get snacks throughout the flight. I will take British Airways Premium Economy any day with a good deal.
