Hotel Review: Hyatt 48 Lex Corner Suite

06/12/2014 //  by Muslim Travel Girl//  Leave a Comment

This is the second part of my review of the Hyatt 48 Lex in New York after I moved rooms due to noise issues, the first review was of the Penthouse suite. After spending my whole day touring and sightseeing on the Big Bus around New York I was interested to check out what room I was allocated. I really didn't care as long as I got a good night sleep away from noises. When we arrived in the …

Hotel Review: Hyatt 48 Lex Penthouse Suite

05/12/2014 //  by Muslim Travel Girl//  2 Comments

When I was in New York I did two stops one in a Holiday Inn on my first night and then I booked two nights in the Hyatt 48 Lex as the price was right and there was another promotion I wanted apply for.. If you have been on a Greek Island during the summer, like the ones I grew up in, then Las …

Grand Canyon: Seing the beauty of our creator

09/10/2014 //  by Muslim Travel Girl//  Leave a Comment

Someone once asked me why do I like to travel and what places I like to visit. My answer was that I love seeing nature because in their sights you see the beauty of our creator. It doesn't matter what you call our creator, Allah, God, Lord or anything else, what matters to me is that in some places his presence is undeniable. It is there for those who ponder and observe. Since I became Muslim …

Hotel Review: Hyatt Regency Arlinghton Virginia

08/10/2014 //  by Muslim Travel Girl//  Leave a Comment

I recently stayed in the Hyatt Regency Arlington while visiting a friend in Washington. I chose the hotel because it was the closest Hyatt to her house and since she was my tour guide it made sense ;). Check in: We were greeted at check in by a friendly staff member called Richard, he was smiley, happy and polite. Checked us in straight away, explained to use the features and benefits in …
